Albrecht's Cheese Shipping Policy

In order to provide the finest, freshest products to our customers, we'd like you to review our shipping practices. If you have any questions about delivery rates, please call us at 866-597-5775 or email us prior to placing an order. We want you to be certain before you order.

1) Our prices reflect UPS Ground Service. They do not deliver on Sat. or Sun. We reserve the right to use either UPS or Priority Mail thru the Postal Service, depending on location and shipping schedules. We do offer 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air on request. Please call us for those rates and to place the order.

2) You can look up UPS delivery schedules online. Go to www.ups.com, our "Ship From" zip code is 54745, enter Monday as the "Shipped On" date - It will calculate time and estimated costs.

3) We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We don't like our products sitting in a shipping center over the weekend.

4) Shipping is expensive! Save money by ordering more cheese less often.

5) We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect addresses. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box numbers.

6) We are able to ship year around. April 1st thru Oct. 31st we will use an insulated box and ice packs. The additional cost will be $11.00. We make no money on this, we are only covering our costs. SORRY, Cheese gift boxes cannot be shipped during these months.

7) Keep in mind products may be room temperature when they arrive and some of the oils may leech out of the cheese. Promptly refrigerate the cheese and serve. It will be just fine.

8) We pride ourselves in delivering outstanding products. Unfortunately, things happen beyond our control. If problems arise, feel free to contact us and we'll try hard to fix the problem.

9) Orders placed after 12:00PM each day will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed before 12:00PM each day will be shipped on that same day.
